My theory based on THAT PICTURE based on THAT SPOILER(tm)


So, thanks to 04nbod, I'm sure we all know about this.

My wild speculation based on absolutely nothing: We have Rose. We have TARDIS. We no have Doctor. We have emo!Doctor based on set reports from last week.

What if the TARDIS got sick of emo!Doctor and she went and got Rose herself? They've bonded, she feels a connection to her girl. If he's going to be Mr. GrumpyPants, she could have had enough and figured her own way (as we know she's much smarter than her driver) back to Rose. *nods as it makes perfect sense*

Well, she is quite clever. She can't actually say, "You keep using that word. I don't think it means what you think it means." Of course it could just be a bride to get him to stop whacking her with that mallet.
