Comment with any ship (romantic or platonic or maybe even non-existent!) from a fandom that you know I have some knowledge about, and I will rant about aforementioned ship. This may be incoherent gushing or exclamations of disgust, depending on your ship of choice.

Things what I watch/know about: Doctor Who, Community, Robin Hood, True Blood, Glee, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Game of Thrones (though I still don't know all the characters fully yet), The Borgias, How I Met Your Mother, Mike & Molly, Cougar Town, 30 Rock, SNL, Green Wing, Ashes to Ashes, Being Human, Lost in Translation, Phantom of the Opera, Moulin Rouge, Lost, Buffy, Harry Potter, and other stuff that I can't think of at the moment, but really isn't that enough?

Oh Guv and Bolly...

I totally understand why they went the way they did and even accept it. However, I'm saddened that they only ever shared a kiss.

I kept hoping that at the end, Alex would be coming back into the squad room to "assist" Gene and would later tell him she was his reward for all that he'd done.

This is really the only ship that ended sadly that I wasn't heartbroken over. But that's what we have fic for.

Yeah, I get why the show ended with then the way it did, but...well I've read some pretty awesome fic about Alex deciding, 'you know I don't think I feel like staying in this pub just yet.'

Or one day Gene will get to go and join the team, and Alex.

Yeah, they just have to see each other again. She meant too much for him.

I did wonder, when Gene goes to the Railway Arms, will he be the age he appears or the age he actually died?
