Sorry this is late...

Gram came home today.

Next, the re-read. As I did one year ago today, I will be posting two links as I'm going out of town tomorrow and want to have the whole thing posted.

First, the Doctor and Rose discuss the bombshell he dropped so casually on her in Fear Hear (it's also an almost smut-free chapter). Chapter 28: Interlude X.

And then, the last bit of absolute happiness before it all goes pear-shaped. Chapter 29: Army of Ghosts. I also did this so that Rose could have her good-bye with the TARDIS. That was always important to me.

Also, I'm almost done with my first completed non-Who fic! It has to be posted tomorrow. It just must!

**HUGS**

I just got back in town earlier today; I'm glad to hear your Gram is home. I narrowly avoided a filter surgery myself back in the spring; luckily I have a husband who could help me with the Lovenox shots. Aye yi yi.

She may still have to get the filter. The doctor recommened it but said it was up to her. It would be done already but they don't do procedures on the weekend. I think she should get it done as does my mother but it's up to her to decide. And thanks.

They did say that my relative youth was one of the reasons they discommended getting the filter installed. They'd have put me on antithrombolytics before putting me in for surgery.

But yeah, better safe by having a coffee filter jammed into your leg than sorry you had some gigantor clot end up someplace really dangerous. One of my husband's coworkers actually had a clot that ran from his left ankle all the way up to his heart before they found it, and basically had it vacuumed out. *shudder*
