Perfectly normal reaction....right?

Last night was the Tonys (which are my Oscars). I knew nothing about most of the shows and now have mild obsession with Spring Awakening. But that's not the point. The show was broadcasted, as always, on CBS. As such they used the ad breaks for their fall line-up. Specifically Viva Laughlin.

Now, I'm planning to watch it just to see how badly they butcher Blackpool. During the show jesidres and I were IMing back and forth about the show, the fashions, the Broadway folks we love.

We both agreed Viva Laughlin will be train wreck. That's means of course we'll be watching. We started joking, calling the detective FauxPeter and Poser Carlisle. If you don't know, they've even changed the spelling from Carlisle to Carlyle. We were enjoying a good chuckle from the ads. Then IT happened.....

While sitting in his car, FauxPeter was eating an ICE CREAM CONE!!!!

My exact reaction was, "OH NO HE DIDN'T!!!"

Both of us had mild conniption fits. We want to write angry letters to CBS. It was bad enough he has the imitation scruff but....but he's not allowed to have the food thing. ESPECIALLY the ice cream thing.

That's a normal reaction right? We're not wrong about this, right? We have every right to be mad, right? Right
