The Bits In Between Soundtrack

jesidres asked me in my tell-all intereview if "Bits" had a soundtrack. At the time, the answer was a an official "no". But after thinking about, I went through my music collection and with some guidance, I now have an "Offical The Bits In Between Soundtrack". Hold your applause please.

It's in two parts and every chapter has a song plus two bonus tracks as how do you decide for Doomsday? If the links aren't working, let me know and I'll re-upload!

Lovely set of songs. Call me Call me has always been one of my favorite songs, so it's interesting to see someone else link it to Doomsday besides myself (that and No Reply also gives me shivers if I think about relating it to the Doctor). *cough* And much love for a Vast inclusion. Call Me Call Me is one of my two favorite songs of all time. And Cowboy Bebop just has the best televison soundtrack ever. Then I listened to it for the first time after seeing Doomsday and it was just so right.

Nice tracks! admittedly I don't know a lot of them, but I'm hella-impressed by the Ben Folds/Rufus Wainwright George Michael cover. I was at that concert when they did that! :)

And yeah, I know I should comment more, but alas, I suffer from the bitch-tastic "Waaah people don't comment on my stories, so I don't feel like commenting on anyone else's" syndrome. I do love this story, and the other fics you've written though. *nods*

Cowboy Bebop? That's the show my friends (well some of them anyway) have been trying to convince me to add to the Sci-Friday line-up. They keep trying to tell me that it qualifies as sci-fi, but I don't believe them (I have never seen the show). Of course these are the same guys who keep trying to tell me that Rose was just a Mary Sue character and Martha's better. You can see why I doubt them. :)

Soundtrack?! Woot! You just totally made my day!! Already snagged and enjoying. Love the songs that I already knew, and so far loving the songs I haven't heard before. Pathetically, I have seen Ben Folds 8 times in concert. I'm a bit of a nut.

I do try to comment on things sometimes. I though I left a few comments on the last few chaps. of Bits In-Between. Maybe I dreamed that. It's happened. *shrug* In any case, I'll probably continue my re-read when I get home, and start commenting then. :)

*begrudgingly* Allright, I'll give it a shot. Can't say I'll allow it on Sci-Friday though. We have too many other things to watch still! Doctor Who, Farscape, Red Dwarf, Torchwood in January, Are You Afraid of the Dark (yeah okay, it's not sci-fi. I'm a hypocrite. I admit it.) and whatever else we may come across.

On second thought, we can probably squeeze an episode in a week. We have all of Friday night. :)

As far as your "friends", maybe you should re-evaluate those relationships.

I know it's mentioned in the TWOP recap of School Reunion, the use of "Love Will Tear Us Apart" in the background of one scene. I've listened for that a few times, and I can't hear it! Which is too bad, because it's a lovely song and yes, perfect for that ep. So I'm really happy to finally get that song. Thanks so much!
