Both Doctors waited nervously while their Roses were doing who knows what. To their surprise chibiRose joined them. Neither one's fears were alleviated due to her enigmatic smile. After what seemed an eternity, but was really only ten minutes, big Rose appeared with two objects in her arms. She set them down.
A very realistic chibiPeter Carlisle, right down to his five o'clock shadow, confidentially strode over to the group and offered his hand to shake. After the introductions, he and chibiDoc started in on a conversation. From his tones it sounded almost like an interrogation.
An even more life-like chibiGiacomo Casanova politely bowed to both Doctors. After taking in his surroundings, he swaggered over to to chibiRose. He bowed once again, only this time he kissed the back of her hand. She smiled and giggled. This caught the small Doctor's attention and he scowled.
The big Doctor found it all amusing until chibiGiac did the same to big Rose with the same effect.
"Alright, that's enough!" He shooed the little seducer away.
"Are you jealous?"
"What? No. Of course not....Maybe a little. It's bad enough you bathe that one all the time. Now you've made a wee version of your world's most famous lover! I'll tell you one thing, he's not sleeping with us."
Rose came over and with only the least bit of condescension, patted his shoulder. "It’s alright. I've set up a spot for them in one of the spare rooms. Besides, it'll be a laugh. Come on, let's get them all fed." She picked up chibiPeter and chibiDoc. The later stayed in a huff as chibiGiac offered his arm to chibiRose, who took it with a blush.
While they were eating, the others were treated to Round Two of the chibi sonic screwdriver argument. "MEEP!!!"
"Oi! Watch your language!"
"Doctor? You understand him?" Rose was confused and impressed.
"No, but I can guess it wasn't complimentary." His doppelganger crossed his arms glared. Hers came over and hugged him. She meeped something in his ear and he loosened up.
To everyone's shock chibiPeter managed to eat as much as both Doctor's combined. He then pulled a small roll of antacids from him pocket and belched. He seemed quite content after that so they let him be.
Once again a routine was formed. When they weren't out saving the universe, little Rose continued to be the Doctor's right hand. Little Doctor didn't follow Rose as much due to the fact he was making sure chibiGiac kept away from his Rose. ChibiPeter, after an unsuccessful attempt at flirting with chibiRose, was content to snack on anything he could find and investigate the TARDIS. Big Rose almost melted when she found him asleep, covered in paper and his own pair of specs still on.
"Just like in the show!" She didn't have the heart to move him and instead gathered up chibiRose to see. She also swooned over him. None of the males were impressed. "But Doctor, he's so scruffy and adorable."
"He's eating everything!"
"You could make his own food area, with the things he could eat. He'd listen I'm sure. He's a copper. He likes getting orders. Aww. He yawned."
"Right. I'll see to that. Just quit fawning all over him."
"I can't help it. I'm surrounded by these small creatures that look just like you and act a lot like you. I'm helpless to resist." She looked at her double. "Right?" She nodded and smiled. "See?"
"Fine. Don't get too attached."
"You have nothing to worry about. They are like pets." There were several meeps of protest. "I said like. I'm sorry." Meeps of acceptance went around. "I only want to snog one other occupant of the TARDIS."
He sidled up to her and nudged her shoulder. "Yeah? And who would that be?"
"That's for me to know and you to find out."
To his pleasure the Doctor found out that evening, and on everyone after, he was the person in question. A few mornings later, he was in the loo getting ready for the day when he heard Rose murmuring from their bed.
"Stop that. Doctor, let me sleep. Didn't you get enough last night?"
He walked into the room with his shaver in hand and cream still half-on his face. "Rose? Rose, wake up. Something wrong?"
She sleepily replied, "Yeah, keep your hands to yourself."
"Rose, I'm over here."
She cracked an eye and then lifted her head. "Then what...OUT! OUT NOW!!!" Emerging from the covers was chibiGiac. He didn't look sorry or ashamed. In fact he looked quite proud of himself. With a wink and a bow he strutted out of the room. "We have got to start locking our door at night."
"Agreed."
A few days later Rose was picking up around the bedroom when she heard a noise. She brushed it off and continued her work. She heard it again and went to investigate. She opened the top drawer of her dresser, the one with her under things. A little head popped up and looked at her. Her tiny Doctor, looking completely bewildered, had a pair of her knickers on his head. Before she could even start to get mad, his eyes grew wide.
"What's going on sweetheart? I know you didn't do this on purpose." He pointed to his left. There, wearing one of her bras on their heads were chibiGiac and chibiPeter. Giac had his usual smug look on his face. Peter was eating a tiny corn dog and had the decency to look embarrassed. He pointed to his right. "I should have know it was you."
In the control room, the Doctor was under the grating and chibiRose was dutifully holding his sonic screwdriver. He heard big Rose yell for him down the hall. He jumped and bumped his head. He looked at little Rose. "What did I do?" She shrugged and shook her head.
"DOCTOR! Come here this instant." He scrambled out and went running down the hall, chibiRose clutching his trouser leg. He picked her up and held her protectively in front of him as he entered the room. "Look at this!"
He peered into the drawer he was usually shooed away from. "Huh."
"That's all you have to say, 'huh'?!"
"Well, I did warn you about that one. He was the instigator I assume."
"Seems that way."
"Rose, I think you know what needs to be done."
"I suppose."
