misssara11Back in the mid-90's, the best (in my opinion) non-live sketch comedy show graced the MTV airwaves. That show and group called themselves The State. MTV promised us that the whole series would be released on DVD last month. They changed their minds and it is now sitting in limbo. *waits patiently*
