principia_coh, I'm doing the icon meme.
The rules:
1) Reply to this post, and I will pick six of your icons.
2) Make a post and talk about the icons I chose.
3) Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
4) This will create a never-ending cycle of icon squee. Whoo!
1. I was dead at the time
Byempty_ambition. It's an Eddie Izzard quote (a month and half until I see him!) and a good general excuses icon. Besides, the Doctor would make a point to find a Steve (he had a Steven once, a long time ago) and take him to the moon just so he wouldn't be a liar.
2. Naked Chibi
It's artwork byjesidres and well, it's a naked chibi! It's unexpected nudity in small form! What's not to love?
3. A2A Good Morning
My newest acquisition!redscharlach made Ashes to Ashes icons and was taking requests. This was one of mine. I adore this show and this quote. I actually squeed about this icon this morning. It's a quote from the first episode when Alex was still calling Gene "Gene" (complete with air quotes) and she had yet to become Bolly Knickers. This show just hits all the right notes with me. I also plan to use it as a general morning icon. Would life be easier if we can say good morning to the people we created in our minds?
4. DW Sticky
Another Eddie/Who icon (from the same batch). Because you know he would be excited about the fact that he has jam hands (as we find out later in the episode). It's also a good all purpose food icon.
5. Now we know that's just not true
And another. One would think we were fans! It just makes me laugh. And when the Doctor does something stupid, this is my go to icon. Because even he knows that it would make him unattractive. I titled it what I did because, really, how could you not!
6. Richard Armitage (any)
You did say any, so you got them all! He's just pretty. These are all from North and South, the last three done bymrv3000. Funnily enough I don't have a Guy of Gisborne icon! I have yet to find one that completely captures the sexy. I use the third one as a writing icon for obvious reasons. And well, he's just pretty.
