I's been tagged by [livejournal.com profile] kalleah to list 10 thing that make me happy this moment. As it's all about us and we are currently hard at work planning our inevitable world domination, I will do it.

1. I'm going to see the Blue Man Group Thursday!
2. And very well might get to see them again in Columbus on November 15th!
3. The song Wade Robson danced to on the DWtS results show last week is available (and since downloaded) on iTunes.
4. Speaking of DWtS, Mel and Maks samba to "Spice Up You Life".
5. My kitty.
6. [livejournal.com profile] swankkat makes me pretties from our conversations.
7. Richard Armitage was shirtless on Robin Hood this weekend!
8. David Tennant (Do I need to say anything else? Didn't think so.)
9. Lee's (a local restaurant) now has sweet tea available (in this part of the country, that's rare to find).
10. Top Gear. Seriously, if it was possible, I'd make out with that show.

I'm sick. I'm tired. Therefore, instead of tagging 10 people like I'm supposed to, I'm saying do it if you want. Most of my f-list has anyway, so, yeah, if you haven't been tagged, you are now. Especially if you are in Southern California, I tag you just to see if you’re okay.

You forgot one. "Inevitable world domination." Of course, it IS a given.

As a native-born Southerner, I have to say ... only one restaurant with sweet tea? Clearly, this is what is wrong with the rest of the country. I have a pitcher in my fridge right now as a point of fact. Unsweet tea is simply not worth drinking. I can respectably differ with a lot of people on a lot of things, but tea? No. Hot and unsweet, maybe. Cold and unsweet? Heathenism.

If we tell everyone though, they might catch on. That's on the secret list, with the special porn (that we've dicussed earlier).

There are a couple of sit-down restaurants with sweet tea. Lee's is a local KFC-like place. Only tastier. But the same type of menu. I'm a tea drinker of all sorts. My family is all from this area but we've drank sweetened tea for as long as I can remember. Anyway, Lee's started to sell gallons of sweet and unsweet tea for $2.99 a pop. Consider a large drink cost $2.50, well do that math. Then on Monday, when I was picking-up lunch, I ordered my standard: chicken and noodles with mashed potatoes, no gravy (I mix the potatoes with the chicken and noodles), corn on the cob and a large iced tea. For the first time I was asked for sweet or unsweet. Well, of course I ordered the sweet!

If I have to do it myself, I usually use Sweet and Low. Most places around here are stingy with it. A large, for me, requires 6 to 8 packets. So, I ask for A LOT at the drive up and hope for the six. And there's currently an almost empty gallon of their sweet in my fridge.

One of our local soul food joints calls sweet tea "table wine." Bwah.
